Post Powerful Solstice that-reverberates-deeply blessings and Thank You to everyone that attended during the official opening of the studio. It was beautiful to be with new and old faces and souls in the profound simplicity, clarity and depth of the work. I've scheduled 4 workshops for the remainder of the summer and i look forward to seeing you should you feel the call, all at the beautiful new home for my work, The Well of Remembrance, in Co Wexford. This autumn brings an incredible 100hr Accredited Subtle Body Anatomy & Energy Medicine Foundation Training, a mind-body-consciousness training much deepened in scope through recent experience, with emphasis on self-inquiry and conscious participation and manifestation in reality from a place of coherence and soul, beyond conditioning, trauma, ancestral and karmic entanglements. This training is a deepening of knowledge for yoga teachers, healers or facilitators, and it is also known to be a life-changing catalyst for many. It is here that i share the profound mastery body-mind teachings of my ancient himalayan lineage, in the context of our current reality and our deep rememberance of ancient nature based peoples.
