This participatory meditation series consists of 4 courses, each with 6 meditations. They invite you to a space of deep knowing, active listening and presence, and offer for your choosing a rewiring of millennia old conditioning and programming. Each of the 4 series can be gotten as a complete series, or you can get each meditation separately. You will hear different things in these meditations every time, as they work through the layers of our individual mind-body-soul experience.
